Unique multi-day package for the lover of Friesian Horses

Experience the Frisian culture and the Frisian horse in a unique way with the exclusive KFPS arrangement around De Stormruiter. The package has been KFPS Together with the event agency Sailing Dutchman, this package has been put together with great care and offers foreign guests a total experience of the Friesian horse. You will visit the Central Inspection, several well-known and renowned Friesian stables and of course the impressive show The Storm Rider.

Thursday September 13th
You will receive a warm welcome at the beautifully situated Hotel Tjaarda Oranjewoud. You can relax after the trip and enjoy the surroundings, the sauna or the swimming pool.

Friday 14th of September
You will visit the Central Frisian Mare Inspection Drachten as VIP with plenty of opportunity to speak with the owners and breeders. Dinner in the hotel.

Saturday September 15th
You will visit the Grande Finale of the Central Inspection in Drachten. The day will be closed with a networking drink and barbecue.

Sunday 16th September
You will experience a wonderful morning on a classic Frisian Yacht. Sailing experience is not necessary: an experienced crew will be present. Lunch will be served at a beautiful location in nature.
In the afternoon you will enjoy the spectacle "De Stormruiter" starring 100 Friesian horses. (First rank). Afterwards you will visit the stables of Jelmer Chardonwhere you will dine in the stallion's stable.

Monday 17th September
You will visit the famous Export and breeding stables of Henswoude. Afterwards you will enjoy a typical Frisian lunch and pay a visit to the De Mersken Stables The house is owned by Age and Marieke Okkema. The tour will be concluded with a drink with fresh smoked fish. Dinner at the hotel.

Tuesday, September 18
After breakfast: check out and return trip.
